Drawing and Elocution Competitions at Tribal Residential School – Pens and Sweets Distributed to 200 Students

As part of the month-long programs organized to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday, drawing and elocution competitions were held at the Tribal Residential School with the aim of fostering awareness and understanding among students regarding Central Government welfare schemes.
Students participated enthusiastically in the event, organized under the leadership of District Official Spokesperson Kedarnath Sharma, and explained Central Government schemes and the benefits reaching the public through them via their speeches and drawings. The organizers noted that creating awareness about government schemes from a young age helps ensure that the benefits eventually reach every eligible person. Prizes were awarded to the students who excelled in the elocution competitions by the guests present. BJP District In-charge Narne Tataji presented the first prize, while District General Secretary Srikanth presented the second prize. District Secretary Porugandi Narasimha Rao and Torlikonda Sitaramaiah jointly presented the third prize.
Students also showcased their talent in the drawing competitions, illustrating themes related to Central Government schemes, social development, and public welfare. The first, second, and third prizes were presented by Unnam Giridhar, Kotha Sambasiva Rao, and Ramadevi, respectively.
Distribution of pens and sweets to 200 students
Following the event, pens and sweets were distributed to approximately 200 students at the school. The organizers stated that such initiatives, designed to encourage students, foster creativity, social responsibility, and awareness regarding government schemes.
District General Secretary Pittala Govind, BLA-1 Gurunatham, farmers’ leader Ramesh, School Principal Pramila, and staff members Radha and Chaitanya, among others, participated in the program.
The event proceeded with the message that government schemes are intended for the public, and it is everyone’s responsibility to create awareness so that the benefits reach every eligible family.
