From a Housewife to a Successful Online Learning Platform: Younker Activity Hub
Journey of younker activity hub has been amazing till now. Before her marriage in 2008, she was exposed to teaching and counselling, she joined Arena Multimedia in Mumbai to learn more. After birth of her first child she took break. She then started her career to follow her passion and started Rashmi Jain institute of microwave cooking. She trained more than 500 candidates and authored a book for beginners in microwave cooking. Later took another break in 2015 for birth of Aarvi and got to start Younker I’m 2019.
She has always enjoyed the process of transformation through training. It helps people in many ways. Few use their learnings to secure a job whereas few gain more confidence in their career and life. Her finding in this is it’s important and interesting to keep learning new skills.
Younker activity hub started in 2019 as her second inning project. She was looking to do more than just a cooking institute. Younker today is a global multidisciplinary platform with 2000+ students in 20+ countries. It offers 100+ courses for all age groups. It is a platform where you can pursue your hobby and enhance your skills from choosing options from online music, dance, chess and more. They are coming up with a segment for kids where they can learn coding and also foreign languages.
Driving through ups and downs her family is the strength and they have always encourage her a lot to grow Younker. Her husband is the rock solid support inhave, he gave her constant motivation and guidance to excel in the journey of building the brand Younker. Her kids are true source of inspiration, they have picked up lot of courses understanding the behavior and needs of their own kids.
Since younker activity hub is global and teens are distributed internationally, they get lot of flexibility to do manage my home chorus and work easily. Infact all members of her family including the kids also understand and co-operate when it’s about my work priorities.
Struggled initially to identify her calling but fortunately it always got to work in education sector as counsellor and teacher. This gave foundation to her career. Since she come from business family and her husband also runs several companies, it was natural to think about setting up of my own start-up. Building and running a company is my passion.
In today’s competitive world, it’s important that you learn to deal with all matters with ease and comfort without taking much pressure. Discipline and passion are key to success. When you see happy customers who renew and refer your services, that’s a great satisfaction and gives me lot of happiness.
Youth today has lot of power of knowledge. The times are changing and it’s a golden period for youth to their passion and start a business early in your life. You will emerge wiser and experienced whatever is the outcome.
